Princess of the Beach Volleyball League

Before registering, you will need to register as a competing athlete and pay for the AVP membership. https://avp.com/membership-sign-up/. Choose the Competing Athlete option. For the organization and club, choose Grit Volleyball.

New Parent Member Creating a New U18 Account

1. Create a Basic (free) membership for yourself here.  

2. Once you have created your account, on your profile page, click the dropdown menu with your name on it and select "Create linked account"

3. If your child is competing in AVPA promoter-run tournaments (your local events), select Silver. If your child hopes to compete at Junior Nationals, Beach Week, East Coast Championships, or West Coast Championships, select Gold. If they are just competing in a league or club, select Bronze. 

4. Enter your child's information.

5. You will need to use a different email address than the one you used to create your account.

6. Follow the prompts to complete the payment 

7. Check the email address you used to create your child's account so you can set up their password so they can login to their account.

8. The new password you create will be used to login to their account at both avp.com and avpamerica.com.

The Princess of the Beach volleyball league is designed to allow players to pair up with three to five different partners during the season while also training with players of similar abilities. No partner is required to join the league. 

Dates:  Middle School Sessions (Summer: June 19-August 18 &  Fall: August 21-October 27); High School Sessions (Summer: June 20-July 30 & Fall: August 14-October 29)
Practice Times: Middle School (High School Graduation 2028-2030): MW from 6:00-7:30 for training with matches on Fridays between 6-9 pm. High School (High School Graduation 2023-2027): TT  from 6:00-7:30 or 7:30-9:00 pm for training with matches on Sundays between 6-9 pm. We will try to honor the time slot you choose but we reserve the right to move your daughter to a different time slot.

Cost:  Middle School Summer Session: $800, Middle School Fall Session: $1000, High School Summer Session: $500, High School Fall Session $1100. Registration for weekly options  ($125) will open on March 15th if full registrations are not sold out. 

Age Level: Grades 6-12 (High school graduation class of 2023-2030). Elementary school athletes will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Grit Volleyball.  You will also have the ability to pay offline.
